Robin Koikas

EXPERIENCE:  I have been a Licensed Realtor since 1996 and have worked my way to being a Broker and Sole Owner of Exit Real Estate of Ludington in 2008. I purchased our current office location in 2011.   I am a multimillion dollar producer and chosen as one of the areas favorite Real Estate Agents.  I have earned international sales awards.  I started managing commerical and residential properties in 2004.  I have sold residential, waterfront, vacant land, investment and commercial properties.

EDUCATION:  Sales Agent and Associate Broker.  I have also earned the designations of Accredited Buyer's Representative, Negotiation Specialist, and Certified Home Marketing Specialist.  Every year I take additional education classes to keep up with the Laws and trends of this wonderful profession.  I have attended Michigan Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors National Conference and International Business Conferences.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:  National Association of Realtors, Michigan Associations of Realtors, Mason-Oceana-Manistee Board of Realtors, Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council, and the Mason County Chamber of Commerce.  I am currently serving a fourth three year term as a Board member of Habitat for Humanity of Mason County.  I am a member of the Hamlin Lake Preservation Society.

HOBBIES:  I am happily married to Teddy Koikas and enjoy spending time on Sunday with him in our home on Hamlin Lake, especially on our boat at the dunes.  I also enjoy collecting Department 56 Snow Village Christmas houses.  I have a metropolis.  I love everything Christmas.  I enjoy watching most sports and tape Nascar races.  My favorite place on earth to visit is Walt Disney World in Orlando.
